The construction of the building does not easily lend itself to adapting our en-suite bathrooms to meet the desired standards for disabled access. As such we do not have an en-suite room that is dedicated and specifically designed for a person in a wheelchair or those with severe mobility problems. Only a few of our rooms are on the level and a have sufficiently wide doors to allow access into the bathrooms with a wheelchair. The bathrooms are not generally wide enough to turn a wheelchair around and where there are showers these are cubicle with a step. Updating to Walk-in Showers is occurring.
While some customers may find these rooms suitable we do not personally recommend them as a disabled facility, customers must be aware of their own health and safety issues when using such facilities. Since all of our rooms are different customers are advised to contact us to discuss their personal needs. Customers must be aware of their own health and safety issues when using such facilities.
